Can you make a part without the OEM drawing?

Yes. Send the worn part or a sample and we measure it and draw it, or send a sketch or photo with the main dimensions.

Do you make bucket pins and bushings?

Yes. Pins in heat-treated 4140, ground to size, and bushings in hardened 4140 or SAE 660 bronze, made to the OEM dimensions from the worn set or your drawing.

Can you make oversize pins and bushings for worn bores?

Yes. Send the measured bore sizes and we make the pins and bushings to suit them.

Do you make cutting edges and wear parts?

Yes. Cutting edges, wear bars and liners in AR400 and AR500, cut and drilled to your drawing, with Grade 8 plow bolts and nuts to match.

Can you expedite parts when a machine is down?

Yes. Rush orders are quoted on request; include your required date with the quote. Most parts ship in 10 to 15 business days.

What documentation comes with the parts?

A material test report with every order. Dimensional inspection reports are available on request.
