Refund policy

Every FrankWorks part is made to order in Canada, and returns are simple: ask for a return authorization, send the part back, and we refund it.

Hassle-free returns

Unused parts in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Catalogue parts and parts made to our standard sizes qualify. Parts made to your own drawing or sample can be returned when they do not match what you sent us.

Easy RMA process

Send us a message through our contact page with your order number and the parts you are returning. We reply with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Write the RMA number on the package and ship it back. Return shipping is at your cost unless the fault is ours.

Wrong, damaged or defective parts

If a part is not what you ordered, arrives damaged, or has a defect in material or workmanship, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We make it right at our cost: we remake, repair or refund the part and pay the return and replacement shipping.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund until production starts. After that, material bought and work done for your order are charged, and the rest is refunded.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method once we receive and check the returned parts. Original shipping charges are refunded when a whole order comes back because of our error.
