Shipping policy

Every FrankWorks part is made to order by our network of Canadian machine shops and shipped directly to you, or held for pickup at our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

When your parts ship

Most parts ship in 10 to 15 business days. Large runs and special materials can take longer, and your quote states the lead time. If you need parts sooner, ask when you request your quote.

Direct shipping

Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost, calculated at checkout.
United States: UPS Standard at a flat rate, usually 3 to 6 business days in transit.
Other countries: tracked Canada Post international services, calculated at checkout.
Rates include packing and handling. Large or heavy parts go by freight, quoted to your site.

Free lift-gate service

Freight deliveries include lift-gate service at no cost, so you do not need a loading dock or a forklift to unload.

Warehouse pickup

You can pick your parts up at our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario at no charge. Ask for pickup when you order or in your quote request, and we let you know when the parts are ready.

Tracking and delivery

We email the tracking number when your parts ship. Delivery times are the carrier's estimates and are not guaranteed.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer it, and in Canadian dollars otherwise. Canadian sales taxes apply where required. Outside Canada, the importer pays any duties, taxes and brokerage. We document Canadian origin with every shipment, and our parts can qualify for preferential treatment under Canada's trade agreements, subject to rules of origin and the measures in force.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, tell us within 30 days through our contact page. We make it right under our return and refund policy.

Shipping address

Check your address at checkout. Re-shipping a parcel returned to us because of an incorrect address is charged at the carrier's rate.
